It’s funny, on the same runs, my 7700x and 4070ti in QHD produces only 20 frames per second less than your video performance.

I have a GTX1030 and a Core2DUO, easy 240fps, lol

ATM (away from home) I’m using a gtx 1060 6gb and ryzen 7 1700 and … it works but lags a bit near bases.
never counted fps, but my guess I’m around 40-50 normally (which lowers to 10-30 near bases)
You want it locked to 60 fps anyway because magical things happen when you run it at more fps, floor turns into ice etc

I don´t have that problem. I run the game on max settings with an MSi I7, rtx2080, 32gb ram. I get the normal Conan Exiles fps spikes when near bases, npc´s, wildlife but thats do to poor optimization not my specs.
In other games I run 400 fps very easily although my grafics card is 2 years old now. I run almost every shooter on max settings and have no problems. But if a game is not optimized not even the best pc in the world can make certain problems go away.
Salve @EduMariano kkkk Servidor oficial 1977 PVE-C está igual Las-Vegas de tantas bases hehehe mas não esse clipe não é meu o post é para mostrar o limite de FPS que o jogo pode rodar com tudo no vídeo que é a melhor qualidade ou cinemática em um PC mais atual no limite dos recursos de GPU, RAM e CPU 
Mas o servidor PVEC 1977 está bem melhor que antes
