Game mode: Online mode and player owned servers
Problem: So since ive started playing this game there have been problems. they have been manageable i picked up some tricks to get around them. no big deal. Seems like tho since the Blood and sand dlc and the update the producers of conan have broke the game. Most of us cant even load into a server with out being kicked out of the game and back to our ps xbox and pc. Is there anything being done about this? and if so how soon can we expect a fix cuz this is pathetic. Most of us have invested money into yall by buying the game by buy the dlcs and now we cant even enjoy the game. I love the game but i mean yall â– â– â– â– â– â– â– a lot of players off and things like this is why you have players leaving conan.

Next Friday. They identified a crash on PC and pushed a hotfix, and have identified some more earlier today. Their intention is to roll all of the various fixes into one patch for console with an ETA of next Friday (the 13th).
Patched on the 3rd fix on the 13 . 11 day fix .
should have been on this issue from the very sec it was posted .

Funcom…we will fix it on console but, not until we have everything fixed on pc first. Then we will get a big update ready for console and release it when the next big dlc comes out…if we remember…

Seems this is how funcom thinks, none of it are actual conversations with funcom but, that is how the past has been.
Just to clarify the delay for the console patch, please be aware that it takes a while - up to several days depending on the platform - for the patches to undergo certification by the respective companies.
When patches are to be coordinated ( usually for major updates ), the PC one is postponed to launch at the same time as consoles, but when we need to issue hotfixes, PC always goes live first due to reason mentioned above, not because we want it to, nor because we focus on the PC in detriment of Consoles.
How about in the future you test these patches before sending them out. How many posts are here from angry players just trying to find answers. PC fixed first, then PS4 and last xbox.Why not release on Pc first and if there no issues then the consoles. I have deleted game from console and have started Witcher 3 again. I only follow these forums because you have angered me so much i want to see what excuse your giving your customers.
I still want a refund on the DLC i bought last week and could not use but of course your refund section on your site goes nowhere
All patches are tested before submission, please refrain from actively spreading assumptions and attempting to de-rail topics. We understand that you might be frustrated and there are many acceptable ways of venting said frustration, continuously posting negative remarks over different threads is not acceptable, however.
Also, we do not handle refunds directly, you should reach out with the store where you’ve made your purchase.
