Bug Description:

11th April
Server move from official 4063 to official 4228.

13th April
I tried to move the server from official 4228 to official 4063 again.
Character import failed in official 4063.
After that, the clan members confirmed that they did not have their own data in the official 4228.
I tried to import to official 4063 again, but the import item was missing, and I confirmed that the export data was completely lost.

Character’s name “Chevalier”
Character’s Level “60”

Today.19th April
Neither official 4228 nor official 4063 had my avatar.
The previous thread said it was “solved”, but it hasn’t been resolved at all.
It is too cruel that the rationale for “solved” is not explained.
Where is my avatar?
