Server Transfer Failed - Character Lost, Official server PvE

Bug Description:

Transferred from EU 1022 to EU 1008 PVE Exiled Lands map and when I tried to import my character it says LV 1321544323 and when I click Import then it says “TokenFailed.” Anyway I can get my character restored? Name is TheeBear.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Step 1 Imported my character from 1022 PvE EU → 1008 PvE EU Exiled lands map
  2. Step 2 Logged on 1008, import failed and my game also crashed upon that.
  3. Step 3 Booted up game and now it just says TokenFailed (Error Processing transfer on client during transfer: TokenFailed.)
  4. Etc. Tried rebooting game again, and now it says “Cannot import character” and when I click on it, it tells me : (The Character cannot be imported into this due to incompatible PVP settings on the server of origin) Which is weird because I only play on PvE

Even after u submit a report u get a auto reply from so funcom bot that pretty much says nothing

What are you hinting at? I thought it was like that everywere when it comes to support, like a receipt almost.

So you think it’s better to keep a character stuck in “upload state” so I might be unable to transfer at later date?

I think it says alot, the (auto reply) from them, it’s giving me a ticket number and telling me if I want to add things to it I can, so I don’t really see the problem, sure might not be in a day or two, but i’m probably also not the only one with this issue or issues overall.:yum:
