Character Import TokenFailed

My character was imported b/c the server was shutting down today. When I uploaded and went to transfer it said tokenfailed, and now my character and all I had on me are gone.

Steam/funcomID- Scribs#29851
Character name- Seridur
Server transfer from - #1508 to #1521

same happened to me, you need to submit a zendesk ticket here https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us . Take the reason character transfer failed. I don’t have an anwser yet so dont know how they fix it, wish you good luck.
