“ConanSandbox.exe - System Error

So I downloaded Conan Exiles on my new laptop and upon launching the game I keep getting an error that reads:
“ConanSandbox.exe - System Error : The code execution cannot proceed because was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.”

I have tried to verify the files through steam, turning off firewalls and etc, as well as reinstalling the game twice. Nothing has worked so far

Any and all help on this issue would be very much appreciated.
