ConanSandbox.exe - System Error (Can't Launch)

So I downloaded Conan Exiles on my new laptop and upon launching the game I keep getting an error that reads:
“ConanSandbox.exe - System Error : The code execution cannot proceed because was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.”

I have tried to verify the files through steam, turning off firewalls and etc, as well as reinstalling the game twice. Nothing has worked so far and there doesn’t seem to be much information on this issue out there.

Any and all help on this issue would be very much appreciated.

Thank you, I ended up finding the root of the issue through a Windows forum.

What happened was Norton quarantined (effectively deleting) Microsoft Visual Studio, preventing Conan from launching. Ended up doing a system restore and deleting Norton before reinstalling Conan. No issues since.
