Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Open Steam
  2. Launch Conan Exiles
  3. See intro crap for 1,000th time
  4. “Connecting to Funcom Services” sub-screen pops up
  5. wait forever (it NEVER connects, no activity dots, no nothing; I have left it up for over an hour waiting)
  6. Determine if a hard shutdown or 3 finger will let me shutdown (restart does NOT work)
  7. Repeat, usually twice
  8. Tweet @Funcom, because support forms tickets get closed after 7 days and no one seems to work in support that can answer or post solutions
  9. Started about 13-14 days ago

NOTE: If this closes within 7 days after last reply, I expect a Support person to reply within those 7 days, not some moderator closing it because they have a 7 day SLA window to make.

Hi @c2i3, your previous post was in the General Discussion board, which we don’t monitor as closely as the Updates and Bugs section.

Additionally, topics are automatically closed after 7 days of inactivity, they are not manually closed by moderators.

Regarding the issue you’re experiencing, we’re aware and would really appreciate it if you could DM us with the logs generated after the issue occurs.

A faster fix, put in a check box for FLS.
See how many shut it off and never use it.
Yet suffer the same problems everyday “attempting to login”

I have yet to be able to play this game and am having the same issue
