Constant connection loss after update

PS5, server 3500-I can’t stay connected for more than 10 minutes then have to close app and restart.

I’m also taking massive damage from noob river enemies badically getting one or two-shot through block at level 30.

And just lost all of my gear because I lag out before I can get to my body.
