Type of issue: Crash on startup
I just bought this game and I was having an issue with the game crashing on startup where it would give me the error:

@sumanis, we’d suggest that you try the following:
Ensuring that there is no software running in the background that could interfere with the game (antivirus, firewall, mouse or keyboard utilities)
Disabling or uninstalling GeForce Experience
Doing a full cleanup of the graphics driver ( suggested tool)
Attempting to revert to older, stable graphical drivers
If the issue still persists, please verify if there’s a game log available that you can share with us.

If it ends up being a particularly difficult problem, one of the Funcom team might ask you for log files or something. Good luck!
