Constantly getting error: Steam online services are unresponsive

Game restart, steam restart, game reinstall didnt help…

Error still exists!

Can’t figure this out.

Connected to internet. Other live service games outside of Steam work fine.
Other Steam Live Service Games run fine.
Verified integrity of game files.
Uninstalled and Reinstalled Conan Exiles
Steam Change Account and relogged in.
I have no mods installed and deleted mod.txt file.
Reset Steam Server ping to 500.
Started Restarted Cold Started Comp.
My primary Official Server 1940 is offline by battle metrics, but I can’t log in at all to live service Funcom.
Other servers through battle metrics show online.
Offline mode works fine.
Run game as administrator from ConanExilesBE - no luck to connect online
Turned off wireless connection, launched Conan Exiles, Restarted wireless connection. Retried login in - no luck.
Restarted router, no luck.
Internet speed test 308Mbits download 28 Mbits upload.

This has gone on for 2 days now…

Any advice would be appreciated…

I cant play online. When try to play online there is error with loggin on my funcom account

Happened to alot of people, funcom doesn’t care and won’t answer any tickets, if they do let me know cause it’s happening to many many people, who paid money for this game and can’t even play

Thank you all for your reports. Please try to use the Steam option “change accounts”, restart your PC and log in Steam again.

Steam menu > Change account...

This will ensure your Steam connection is refreshed and should mitigate any issues connecting to Funcom services as well.

This isuee still applies to me as well.

I deleted the steam client and all of my games. Did a clean reinstall of the steam client and my games. Now I consistently get the error that vilshadov gets.

Steam online services are unresponsive.

Logged in and out of steam and still get “Steam online services unresponsive”.

Same error. When you fix this funcom? I try login on friend account and its work, but my account cant connect

This is going to sound crazy but I fixed it.

I deleted my Firefox Browser and replaced it with Google Chrome.

Boom. Worked perfectly. I have no idea why.

It doesn’t seem to be a connection problem with Steam or a problem on your PC: if you have another account, try logging in with it, you’ll probably be able to log in without problems. What would lead us to the conclusion that it is a problem of the “blocking” of your account. I’m not 100% sure what this is, but it has happened to a lot of people, suddenly their accounts are no longer usable for online play, no one here seems to be able to answer the question of what is going on. But taking into account that it is something that only affects one account and that in the new rules “cheats” are punished by banning the entire license, it makes me think that it is some new type of ban. Needless to say “I didn’t use cheats, I played legal”, it’s quite easy to fool the Funcom team that handles this, to the point that they have had to add a new rule about “false reports”. So maybe someone has reported you with a video with a lot of lag where your character teleports, disappears or flies away on a mount, something normal on a 30+ player server at some point in pvp where there are about 10 or more people fighting, due to to the lag, and perhaps the staff does not use any type of tools, they simply watch a video and they block your license. I’m not 100% sure but it leads me to think something like that.

Nope for sure that is not a case, I cant even go on single player mode. And if You are banned message stay different and You are able to play privates and single.
