Trying to log in, and keep getting “Steam online services are unresponsive” so is there a current bug holding up services or what is happening?
Please make sure that your Steam browser is online, it can be offline for various reasons: “Maintenance” on Steam’s side, an update is being installed or the fact that you do not have access to (virtual) IPv4. Because it sounds like a problem where the cause has do to with Steam and not with Funcom’s Conan Exiles.
