Construction orientation problem

Bug Description:

it is no longer possible when replacing a construction part to modify its orientation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a T1 construction without worrying about its orientation (interior / exterior for example)
2. try to replace with another construction element and try with the R2 / L2 keys to change the orientation

until now this functionality allowed to correct certain orientation bug, especially concerning fences for example, which in certain cases cannot be oriented.

Currently it is necessary to demolish an element to replace it if one wishes to choose its orientation. Depending on the stability of the construction, this will create great difficulty
