Contacting Official Server Admins

I dont doubt that this has been asked many times before, but i am asking it again.

Does anyone know if it is at all possible to be able to get in contact with the admins who reside over official servers? or to be able to contact a real person within funcom rather than sending a report in via email and getting constant botted responses?

Because ill keep it real… if funcom want any sort of dedicated player base for Dune, then they need to straighten their shit out asap. Especially if they are wanting the conan playerbase to stick around.

The hackers in this game are ridiculous at the moment. Imo its at an all time high, reason being is because they know they can get away with it… even if they don’t they just make a new steam acc and repeat. But when you have the Chinese built under the map in every official server that is playable for them, rotating servers clan by clan directed too by an anchor run community… it gets a bit much.

Jump on any official server and i guaruntee there is more bases above, under, & off of the map than there is on the actual thing. What makes it worse, is players like myself know exactly where these inaccessible (for anyone not in the clan of whoms base it is) bases are and can tell the admins in detail how to get there… yet nothing is done about it.

If a mod, or self proclaimed vet of the community, is going to reply with a smart ass remark like i see on most post’s… then don’t bother.

Other than via ZenDesk, no. I think Funcom have given up on PvP servers long time ago though. I won’t expect any meaningful changes there any time soon if ever. It takes too much effort to police PvP servers and fix the issues on them. They have been in this state for years.

I hope they have learnt a lesson or two from CE or Dune will be full of cheaters as well.

There are no admins on official servers. That’s what you sign up for when you join them.

Unfortunately that does seem to be the case. Like, we even know where they get their cheats from… a website called “Taobao”. I managed to get me a lil insider who’s in one of their anchor run communities and been getting some clutch info.

Not that it really matters at the end of the day when you have people building outside of green wall and under map via dregs & wolfcave with nothing being done about it, all the meanwhile it being public knowledge that people are actually doing it. The game is in a state.

As a Chinese PVE player, I have some understanding of PVP. The hacker program for PVP requires nearly $50 to use for a week, while an official account on Taobao only costs 5 RMB, approximately $0.8. As far as I know, hacker players who have been playing PVP for a long time have an average of hundreds of accounts in their hands. If unfortunately banned by BE, the cost of modifying the machine registration code once may be less than $1. So, reporting the ban seems very ridiculous. So in China, when encountering players who have just played Conan’s PVP, I recommend them either to open hacker software or not to play PVP.
