Bug Description:
Terrain rendering issues. The ground swells and distorts and loses details. The ground has three stages of detail. Normal, low res, and blurred. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. It was fixed with the QoL update, then immediately came back with AoS Chapter 3. Video attached.
