We can control (almost) every aspect of this game using Server settings. What if Funcom added another slider for Thrall spawn rate from T1 to T4? Move it left, and on every shared spawn point you’ll get more low tier Thralls. Move it right, and you will see more T3 and named Thralls. There are some mods for it, but native functionality is always better than mods that can be abandoned sooner or later. It would be very useful for SP and low populated servers.
