Please give us a possibility to change the controller configuration, so that we have sidestep & backsteps.
On Xbox, it is only possible to turn around.
For instance, if you attack with the bow, you cannot go slowly backwards while shooting.
it is clear, there are not so much buttons, but there could be an alternative layout or combination of buttons. Only to turn around is too limiting.
also the “vanity cam” and scroll, also the ctrl+del plz.
Do you have any suggestions for or examples of configurations which have these options?
This is a good example of what it could be used for, eventhough I’m personally not sure if you can do this on PC.
At launch they had an option for pc controller movement on console which you could walk backwards without turning around they removed this feature as there was a unlimited Sprint exploit being used. You would think they would be able to reintroduce that option back in with out the exploit I used to like that option of walking backwards very useful in fights.
This could be done, if they allow a configuration, where one button acts like a ctrl or shift to trigger a double-button (this is done so for instance with Elite Dangerous).
on pc this all works (back- and sidesteps), as i have both versions, i can compare.
This give you a really big advantage in PvE (I do not make PvP) and is missed strongly on XBox.
