Corruption build stamina bug/issue

Hello, I am using corruption build. (Official pve-c server). In photos you will see that i use potion of freedom and jungle rum for +21 stamina each. It makes 125 total stamina. The second photo was taken 5 mins later. Stamina dropped 100. And then 10-15 mins later it dropped to 97 but i didnt take a screenshot. While this happens Hp stays still. Is this a bug or i am missing something? Please let me know

Known bug. Has been already reported when Age of Sorcery launched in 2022.
