my conan, it started to crash and get a robotic voice and I can’t play, after a few minutes of games, I already formatted the pc, and checked if it was someone due to hardware, and it wasn’t, my game was running with settings on high, and I had an i5 10300H processor, Gtx 1650 4gb, 8gb ram DDR4 3200, and a storage ssd, this started to happen after the war update

That does not help. 8gig s minimum and I’d expect crap running a game on minimum ram.
But what you are describing is an issue on your end. Now I may be talking out my hat, but that sounds like a bad SSD. You’re probably using a lot of virtual memory; not good for bad SSDs. Plus the lag it causes.
If you were running your game on high with that set up what did you getting for FPS 20-30? i7 4.0, gtx1060 6gig, 32gig ram, setting on low I have a hard time maintaining 60fps; and the 1060 is actually a better card; the gtx 1050 on thing 2 has 6 gig as well.
Have you tried the laptop setting?
No reason to ever reformat a PC; as far as I’m concerned. If you uninstalled the game did you clean up orphaned files?
Do you have a different SSD you can load the game to? I kept having issues I was certain was caused by the SSD going bad but every test said it was fine, up to the day it died.
