I think it would be cool to get a thrall re-roll for perks. Sure, I could just break bonds and just put down a new thrall and level from scratch, but for a PVE / RP perspective, sometimes you need a thrall to have a certain look, voice, etc - and that type of stuff can be rather rare - and a bad perk could make that thrall less than useful. A potion you could feed the thrall could do the trick without breaking immersion since there already potions for players that do basically the same thing.
A way to reset or reroll the Thrall perks would be a Godsend, it is unbelievable that it is not implemented yet
