Many creatures in the world (especially Gazelles) do not become animated until the player actually gets within touching distance. They just spawn in a locked position and never move at all, until the player gets right up to them. (They should start moving when the player gets within active range, not waiting until 1-2m away.) (I suspect this links in with the late spawning enemies - I think the detection has somehow been set far too low for certain spawns). This is especially noticable when on horseback as I am almost past them before they begin to move at all.
