Crom coin problems

Bug Description:

I was not credited with 2640 krom coins, but the money was debited and a check came from Sony, I have been waiting for a response from support since October 8, I left a request through the game, I still haven’t been answered by mail, this is a terrible attitude, you could simply manually add these coins to me, and at least you need to respect your customers and at least respond to the request by mail. I wanted to buy the armor of the Aces and thereby support the developers, and after such an attitude, I have to think. I’m wondering if by the time you deposit the coins and the Ace armor is no longer in the store, what do you say? will you also ignore it? it would be a good gesture on your part to make compensation.

Bug Reproduction:

I just went into the store to buy 2640 crom coin, the payment was completed, the money was debited and a message from Sony came to my email about a successful purchase, but the coins were not credited
