Crom coin purchases on PSN aren't synced with FC account

Bug Description:

PSN connection for crom coin purchases are not in sync. I have to continuously send in zendesk tickets for manual adjustments. It’s more systemic and requires a bug report now

That’s already in (request 175352). I’m putting it out as a bug report because it seems it has to be done every time I charge my crom coins up on the console. PSN charges me just fine but the connection between PSN and FC live seems to be broken.

BTW, 2 days left on what I’m wanting to purchase so the clocks ticking. Normally you guys are on it by the time I’m up the next business day, it’s resolved. I’m getting the impression that your system is getting overwhelmed

It’s been 3 days. What’s up with this? I made a purchase for crom coins and I have yet to receive said purchase. Please let me know if I need to go through the work of requesting a refund from PSN.

9 and half hours left. This is the stuff I remember. Not the combat changes, not the bugs. That you have a system that accepts money in but cannot be used to purchase anything and an apparent inability to do anything about it.

And I missed out on the bazaar rotation. Please relay my frustration to the zendesk system for covering purchasing issues.
