So what are we looking at as far as damage bonuses for strength and agility attributes? 1%, 2%, 10% 
If your refering to the one affecting the other i believe it was 7% as far as maxed strength giving an agility weapon and vice versa
If your refering to gear pieces, ive seen 8-10% per piece

And what about what each point does to the matched weapon? Strength attribute adds what to a strength weapon damage?

That i cant help with, i dont have acess to test live… i just follow 3.0 news and videos like a hawk… i have like 6 builds i want to test so hopefully it can just coem out already

at maxed strength, the bonus damage for a strength weapon was the same as the weapon damage in the stat screen, so I guess 5% per point up to 100% for 20 points.
