The last 3 times I’ve logged in, it’s been to the death screen and I have to re-spawn. I log out on my bed in my bedroom in my house with full food and drink bars but log in to be told " You were killed by yourself " and have to re-spawn.
It’s more an annoyance than anything major.

It happened to me too. Who thought bed could be that deadly?
This used to happen to me as well. As soon as I stopped logging out on my bed, I stopped dying upon login.
Remember to always sleep naked!
Put everything in chest before.
Exactly this.
Never log off on a placable. When you do, there is a chance you will render before the placable, resulting in a fall death.
