To start with your copy and paste didn’t work evidently the appropriate button is hard to see when you are using a phone. Decay on Siptah has been intentionally turned off do to issues in game all platforms. No firm dates for fix. Welcome to the Forum Exile.
Decay timers are turned off on official Siptah servers due to certain Nemedian DLC building pieces bug that wipes out players bases
Not because of that but the freezing problem on southern islands, but there seems to be a fix coming on next update so they probably will restore the decaytimers then.
