It looks like its only problem whit the next gen version on x box series x and s playstation not have a next gen version
Yeah, thatâs what I figured. I still havenât seen any indication itâs on PlayStation. Regardless, itâs been shut off for all platforms i assume.
Decay timers being shut off is resulting in people spamming all over the place unnecessarily; pillars, foundations, half finished tier-1 bases that wouldâve normally decayed⊠Waiting patiently for them to be turned back on so bases decay again on PvE 
Eh⊠itâs annoying, sure. But Iâm not worrying about it. I actually moved my main base to a location so far off the beaten path that it doesnât affect me in the slightest. I hate seeing ugly builds, and now I donât have to unless I go to one of my outposts. Thatâs actually why I moved the base. Some jack*** built right in front of me with an ugly monstrosity that uses every build set, because he wanted to show he bought all the dlc⊠I guess? And with transporting a thing, it wasnât decaying⊠ever.
Which areas are effected at siptah by the decay bug ?
Not a decay bug a crash bug the 2 islands on the bottom wher the volcano is and the pools of the grey looks like its only happening on high end pcs and series s and x wher it give the next gen version of conan playstation is not effectet because no next gen version

Thereâs no âdecay bug.â The entire server has had decay turned off. The issue is with crashes on the southern islands. However, itâs mainly on Xbox. Iâve also seen recent reports of it happening on PC. Not sure about its frequency on PC though.

Iâm currently playing single player, no mods, on pc with the Siptah map and I freeze or crash anytime Iâm any where near the south west island. If Iâm close enough to see it, it already too late.

The funny part with the timer at siptah is that 5 clans in my server have took advantage of it along with the new rules.
These days in my exploration around the island to find treasure and all available emotes, I have encountered those five clans have builded massive bases but not just one but multiple ones.
Plus one of my camps is in danger to be hit by a purge cuz one of those clans have builded a Purge eligible base right next to it. And as I hear, with the latest update on the purge system a player can use his own purge to harm anyone who have builded right next to him/her.
If by âtaking advantage,â you mean that theyâre purposely spamming stuff to trigger a nearby purge without actually intending to refresh, that sucks. However, if theyâre actually building new bases as a purpose of being a base, no amount of decay timer would stop them from refreshing. The decay timer being turned off would be irrelevant.
Check the private DM which I have sent you.
Purges have always been able to harm other playersâ bases. This is nothing new, and certainly not new to the coming purge system. It may be easier, idk. However, if theyâre griefing you and you can prove it, report them.
Iâll report them once I see that camp of mine is either damaged on itâs walls, half destroyed, off the grid of my teleporters, purge attack signs on both their base and mine and my camp fully destroyed 'n replaced by a building of theirs.
From the moment I saw that clanâs building right next to me, I hurried to modify the shape and dress with T4 materials My camp and settled two well equipped thralls to guard it. Also I canât move it away cuz at the edge below an other clan has claimed the whole area below.
While I was working on the campâs roof , One the neighbours was trying to get in by climbing from the mountain rock from the right side of the camp. The only thing that stops him from getting in is the height of the camp and the spiked fences of the roof.
The photos which I have sent you via DM, do they count as proof if I report that clan in case if they grief me?
No⊠it doesnât. Griefing requires something like building around you purposely to prevent expansion of your base. All theyâve done is build nearby. Another example would be catching them purposely kiting enemies into your base to destroy it. That would require good timing and a video. On the other hand, if they message you with inappropriate words or put up signs directed at antagonizing you.
And what should I do If they use their purge to erase my camp and replace it with something of their own while I am off the game or offline ?
Not much you can do, but you can still try to report it under suspicion. Doubt anything will come of it. If youâre that paranoid, Iâd just find another server at this point. Or a new build location. @Marylambs and I rebuilt in a new location, way off the beaten path on siptah because we didnât like being so close to other players that came and built after we were already there. Sometimes you just have to bow out and make the move because others wonât. SadlyâŠ
Iâm worried the most. At the leyshrine of the drowned I have an other camp. Back on march 2023 for over two Saturdays I had found the building part that houses the teleporter damaged.
Behind my camp right at the edge of the cliff, the clan I mentioned to you via DM had a big base made from black ice and it had signs of purge attack.
If the character transfer ever returns, I would love to move to a server where is peace and quiet 'n no griefers. If there is one of course.
