So I have an issue with my ports.
I have enabled port forwarding for each of the required ports and their UDP and TCP designations on the PC, disabled my firewall (this PC is exclusively a conan server), enabled port forwarding for the required ports and their TCP and UDP designations in the router, I did the upnp reset trick, and I have gone as far as to completely reinstall Windows fresh and checked to see if the ports are being used. They are not.
for some reason, the dedicated srever utility refuses to work. I am at my wits end here.
Is there anything I can do? is there anything I am missing?
