Delving Bench is not giving Epic Versions of Armour Sets

Bug Description:

The delving Bench is not giving the epic versions of the armors. there is already some topics on the foruns about it

Bug Reproduction:

did spend hours delving and was never able to make the epic versions appear and i am only able to craft the normal versions of the armors. The recipes dont even appear on the campaign and garrison armorers Benchs

Reproduced it in Vanilla solo. Can only craft the regular versions of various(tested vicious, dark knight, frost giant) delved armors, likely most or all.
