Conan exiles in exiles land N-6 there is a stream goes under the mountain Xbox you die while swimming under cannot retrieve tried several times on different days.
H-10 while going down deep into bat cave near the bottom you die cannot retrieve.

Old bug, the game thinks you are under meshing so takes anti exploit action.
Welcome to the forum and thank you for reporting it.
No matter if the bug is old or not, people must complain until it’s finally fixed.

I went to both to check these out and could not recreate, would it be possible to show screenshots of the exact place this is occurring?
