Bug Description:
I’ve been seeing different FuncomIDs in my own Conan Exiles game in the last 36 hours. But I only have one account and start the game every time using the same Steam account.
Bug Reproduction:
Due to Funcom’s fault, I have had limited access to Conan Exiles for the past 36 hours. At least two different FuncomIDs were displayed to me in the game while the game was running. This makes it more difficult to report a correct ticket over Zendesk in the current situation. Which ID is the right one now?

It is true that you can see your FuncomID at the bottom right corner of the game’s Main Menu in front of ‘‘Signed in: (…)’’. However, in your screenshot your FuncomID is not showing. Was it visible in that location before?
Regarding the multiple FuncomIDs that you’ve reported, you can go in-game → Player List → find your character on the list → in front of it’s name you will have your FuncomID. If you’ve witnessed more than one FuncomID, could you please send us a screenshot of the ones you’ve seen so far, if you manage to recreate the issue please?
My FuncomID is now displayed to me again, my unjustified ban has been lifted and my account balance with my Crom Coins has been corrected again. But I can only guess why no ID was shown to me in the meantime.
What was equally irritating for me was that different FuncomIDs were displayed to me in the meantime.
A friendly player from the community helped me. She explained to me that as a player you can have up to two different FuncomIDs for one and the same account:
The one ID may be displayed if you can only access Conan Exiles offline, for example due to a ban or a technical error, the other ID is the regular online ID, which is displayed whenever Conan Exiles is fully running online. Is that correct?
At the same time, I have another request that Funcom should communicate much more clearly:
Many players were overwhelmed with finding out their FuncomID after only seeing a message saying that they had a negative Crom Coin balance. A lot of people didn’t know that under this circumstance, by pressing the “Y” key (by default), they can access Funcom’s internal friends list in the game, where their own ID is displayed. It would be desirable that this could perhaps be intensively communicated to the outside world here again in the forum and also outside of it.
