Disappear on the altar Flesh of Remembrance

Good day I don’t know if this is a bug or not, but here is the problem:

During crafting on the Altar of Derketo (T3) with a priest assigned, Flesh of Remembrance disappears when the player leaves the area. This occurs in single-player mode on an unmodded server. If the player stays near the altar or keeps the crafting window open, everything works as expected. Please investigate this issue.

Some body help to fix this problem Please!

I’m not an expert on this but maybe something to do with your item spoil rate or decay settings?

I wonder if this is not related to spoilage, because there were about 9 hours left on the timer, and it disappeared in 15 minutes. Thank you for your attention.
