Hello guys Our items have been lost from our vault on the Official server #1154 (EU) server and we are sure that they are not stolen or . how can reach admin to help us?

There are no admins on officials and Funcom does not restore lost items even if they are lost due to a bug. I am sorry that this has happened to you. You can try submitting a ticket to ZenDesk but I doubt anything will be done about your issue. https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Wall hack is back allowing Ppl to walk straight through walls and the ability to loot a locked vault has been around for a while now. Don’t be surprised if it was nicked by another player.

Hmm did not know they could get into a locked item / vault. First I heard of the wall hack. That is not good, especially PvP type servers.

Hi, Official servers do not have admins, and funcom do not offer any support for lost items. You can check your event log via the in game menu to try to understand what happened. Make sure you set the proximity sliders, and days passed sliders all the way to the right. Good Luck!

ı looked my log but shows that it was not stolen by someone or decayed maybe hackers made it

There have been a few similar reports so possibly. If anyone from @Community is still here, you might be able to provide them with more info.

Aside from what’s already been said, this game is just very buggy too. I’ve seen things disappear from storage and my inventory only to reappear later that day, or even days later. Also make sure your filters are not set to filter out certain items or to only show certain DLC stuff.

Ive seen many reports of vaults being cleared out without showing whos done it, sounds like its got a glitch and is one reason i just use large metal boxes plus takes up less space
