Newly placed chests and boxes disappeared since yesterday.
Location areas - East of Executioner’s Entrance and South of Scavanger’s Berth.
The chests and boxes were not destroyed as I checked the Event Log.
Yog Teacher (at Shaman’s Rise) does not spawn instead a vulture with spread wings appears temporarily and then disappears.
EDIT: THESE CHESTS AND BOXES WERE PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE GROUND. NONE OF THE MISSING STORAGE CONTAINERS WERE PLACED ON FOUNDATION BLOCKS OR CEILING TILES.
I have 4 cupboard and 1 chest as well as 1 fireplace and a table disappeared from my room. In my cupboard I had all my armor, weapons and tools. Right now, I have a lot of things hanging in the air, these stood up on the missing things.

I too lost all of my weapons, armor, iron, steel, leather, etc.
It is very frustrating. I understand this is not final release. I basically play the game as a nomad using stone implements. I use benches that already exist from other players and only use what I can carry.
Another morning server reboot and two more chests disappeared that I placed two days ago and I was in yesterday morning. Once again, lost all of my supplies.
[XBOX] (Single Player) I placed several crafting stations, wheel of pain, large Chest, and several torches near a thrall camp. I traveled back to my home base and defaulted server settings prompting me to restart the server. After doing so, my home base remained intact with all stations remaining whether they were on foundations or directly on the ground. When I returned to the thrall camp, I found all the placed items except for the torches were gone!
