This is happening on either map for me, every time I pull bracelet or die, the game disconnects for me. Is this happening to anyone else? This has been going on since the last patch.

Hasn’t happened to me in singleplayer - maybe it’s something that only happens on servers?
Have you reported to helpshift? Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center (That’s where CEE bug reports go so they get seen sooner by the devs.) (But please also continue reporting here as well, so they can be added to the player-maintained bug list.)
yessir sure have, it isn’t happening to anyone in my clan but its happening to some other randoms on the server i play on. I guess it isn’t widespread.
I can log into any other server just fine except my own home server…ugh man, I had so much stuff to do tonight on that account. I literally just purchased the entire new set and this happened…
I’m attaching two video links because I found what fixed my issue. The first video, step three is what solved the error. The second video gives more command prompt configurations you can do to potentially correct the network error.
I want to add this will only fix the issue of not being able to login, I still disconnect upon death, I just now have a small work around if it completely bugs out, keeping me from logging in entirely like it did today.
This is also happening to me. It happened right after last patch that fixed the map display bug. I had that bug, and it’s now fixed for me, but this is happening instead. It times out both on login and after a death. I’m usually able to get online about every other attempt.
Okay it’s gotten as bad as it can get. I now cannot login to my main server at all under any conditions. I’ve tried literally everything. I’m the clan leader in my group, I’m also the builder, and with me being the only one with literally hundreds of dollars worth of dlc and bazaar items on that account, they can’t replace certain things that only I have.
Now when I attempt to login, I see the desert for a millisecond before the error message “failed to connect to server” flashes up. My clan cannot find my body in the desert either. So I’m not even loaded into the game. It’s like I’m stuck in limbo. All my beds and bedrolls have been pulled. I’m think my character’s data is corrupted on the back end of 1540. I have zero issues on any other server.
any fix found?, died yesterday spawned in the desert and pulled the bracelet to respawn on the bed and now every time i log i got disconected from server on the instant the desert screen appears
Nope. I’m still locked out of my character. I’ve sent in a ticket for the issue but I think funcom and everyone involved with the ticket system is out for the holidays.
I don’t work for Funcom. I am another player and have no more contact with the company or its systems than you do. (And Dana is currently on her holiday.)
The only person I’ve seen the name of that seems to be around right now is @OnlyDopamine - I don’t know if they can help with Helpshift tickets, but maybe?
I seem to have the same issue , logging in the first time results in a fail attempt , and dying results as a disconect from server when it’s time to respawn ( you can see for a brief instant your respawn location before being disconected with the warning message “connection to server lost” in a laggy kind of way where you don’t know what appeared first and last between the message and the location followed by the splash screen followed by the intro menu )
I don’t die very often so I’m not sure if the symptoms could get worse to the point of not being able to connect like op, and don’t want to test …
Hi, I managed to un-bug my character. The solution involves another account, clan members, or any friend. I logged in with a different account using GeForce Now and noticed that when I tried to log into the glitched character, it would appear briefly, vanish, and then trigger a “connection lost” error. What I did was use another character to interact with the glitched one—trying to push it by punching and kicking, running around it, and occupying the spot where it was trying to spawn. After a few attempts, it worked; the glitched character’s connection held long enough for me to move it, breaking the cycle of logging in and immediately disconnecting. Judging by the logs, it was a connection timeout issue, so I think I essentially performed what we call a “keep-alive” in networking. I hope this helps and that you manage to fix it too.
