[Pet, a Frost Giant Bodyguard lvl10, simply disappeared from game when actively following . No trace, no message, nothing. Nothing noted in log and he is no longer in the followers list either. This pet have had problems before with teleporting to catch up and not following properly when using maprooms and I had just teleported to the obelisk near the Warmaker dungeon and was going toward my (big) base near the undead city. I know he was with me though because we stopped and killed a few scorpions. When I reached the base he was just gone. He was carrying some supplies from an another base and all that gone with him. Nothing on that either.]
Did you try submitting an Event Log search with the Proximity and Days parameters set to max and with all the toggle boxes enabled to see if any relevant message showed?
In any case, we’ll register the occurrence for our team to look into, apologies for the frustration it has caused.
Sorry bit late reply. Yes there was nothing in event log. Did Search with max proximity and with only the thrall/pet box checked and with all boxes checked. Nothing in log either case.
