Somewhere in the last 2 distributions I lost the ability to build with Lost Dungeon, any server - public server or single player. the icons show up in game under ancestral knowledge, but greyed out and an exclamation point in the upper left corner. Other players on the same public server ex) 1728 are able to bulld with the same DLC so it has to be an account issue. entered bug but so far no response. Wierd.
Are you still able to use other items that you bought from the bazaar?
For a problem like this it is probably best to go to Helpshift and choose ‘Purchases’ from the drop down menu. This is an item you have paid for, so they should be ready to help.
FYI - logged in today and got a 600MB download of CE - Lost Dungeon is back!
Thanks DanQuixote - will take a look. Problem solved.
well apparantly any combo related to the HELP button now take me here:
do not see a pull down for “purchases” - unless its on steam somewhere. anyway - ty.
Click on the link on that page - you need to go to the ‘Conan Exiles Help Center’ - that is Helpshift. - the blue text on the page you are showing is the link to the Help Center - that will take you to the form you need to fill in. Fill in the various boxes. From the Box marked ‘Request type’ select ‘Purchases’ from the drop down menu.
But, if the problem is already solved, it doesn’t seem worth you filling in a request to get it solved, since it is already solved ![]()
That’s a frustrating bug to deal with, especially when you see other players on the same server using the DLC just fine. The fact that it showed up after a couple of updates and then disappeared for you after a big download suggests it was likely a corrupted file or a licensing handshake issue on your specific account rather than a problem with the DLC itself.
It’s good that it fixed itself for you, but it’s a pain that the official help process seems to be a bit of a maze. Having to navigate through a help center just to find the right drop-down menu for a purchase issue is a common problem with support systems.
This whole situation is a classic example of why reliable customer support processes are so important. It reminds me of the future of AI in customer service you want a system that can quickly identify and resolve common issues like this without the user having to jump through hoops. A good AI agent could have looked at your account, verified the purchase, and either fixed the sync or told you exactly what to do in a fraction of the time. Instead, you had to wait for a patch and then figure out the support maze yourself.
