Do I need to start over again? My character is not making a sound

This post is to ask. If I need to restart and make a new character?
Because this is just ridiculous and still no help
Is that the only way or will you able to fix my game or server?? ]

I created a new character.
Funcom you guys are way too slow for me
I’m sorry but you are wasting other people’s time.
We want to enjoy your game but this needs to be fixed
