Like the title say, or some random admins doing random bans in official servers. I am banned from official servers for 2 weeks because of “bullying in chat”. I don’t know how it hapend but this is my first ban after 2k hour playing. Here is the screenshot.
When we look at the rules, as long as it’s not racist or real life threatening. It should be 5 days. And im pretty sure i did none of that.
Decay timer was max 240 hours and the bases i have in 2 server i play in officials going to be decayed for some “bullying”, so i posted a ban appeal mail to funcom to not lose all my progress i have done for months in may 22. But all i get this automated “Greeting exile,…” and not a single respond from an actual support. Here all the mails i’ve sent.
Before i get banned, the “bully” got his base walled around by toxic players who should actualy get banned because of ruining the gameplay. I reported this guys thinking supports will show justice. Do you know what happend? You guessed right, Greeting exiles spam mails… And the guy never got banned for 2 weeks and here is the proof wall staying with decay timer my friend sent me.
Right now it is 04.07, 1 day passed from my ban time but i am still banned. I mailed to support about reminding it, all i got again automated mails.
Final thoughts, i think some random admins are doing some random bans, there is no support.
