Guess you built a âmassiveâ base according to funcom. better luck next time not knowing what you did wrong with the incredibly vague rules we have.

Please follow the stated in the Official servers guidelines to submit a ticket:
Information on suspensions and bans While suspensions are not open to appeal we do offer the option of appealing a permanent ban. We understand some might not always be aware of the actions taken by clanmates.
If you are unaware of the reason for a suspension or ban, please make sure you check in game first by accessing any of our official servers. You will be prompted with the reasoning for suspension/ban and the duration.
As mentioned previously, please note that only bans are eligible for an appeal and not suspensions. If you would like to appeal, please feel free to do this through Zendesk by selecting âBan Appealâ as the type of issue and providing relevant information such as character names, servers youâve played on, and clans you were part of.
