Does admin panel on singleplayer give you access to missed time-limited items?

Basically the topic line - recent Twitch drops as one example. Or, do they need to be unlocked on your account to even show up in the admin panel?

Good question. I would assume that you still need to have the item unlocked much like if have not purchased a DLC you likely cannot spawn in that DLC’s items. BUT I haven’t tried that because I own the DLC’s so I would be completely wrong.

It true, if you don’t own the dlc you can’t spawn it. Since I don’t own IoS dlc so I couldn’t spawn in the rhino saddle.
