still no latrine not working
That is correct.
Wonder when that gonna work they add all this stuff can"t fix this small item
This one would speculate that it will be around when the Battle Pass Season turns. Several items from the previous pass Season got adjusted when Season 2 rolled out.
Pure speculation however, and with a limited sample group to draw from.
Greetings Exile,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please submit a ticket to our Help center so our team can better assist you with your purchase.
Make sure to select “in-game purchase” as the issue type.
Have a great week!
You must love this copy/paste responses.
Having worked as a moderator on another video game forum, I can tell you it really, really saves time when a thousand people complain about the same thing.
There’s customer support work where each and every customer deserves a personalized, individual reply. And then there’s this.
in a philosophic way its something like being a god
I have same exp as u had, its like at start yeey, can help everyone, but at end - why the hell they dont read history or use searchbar… xD
So in a way we can see in this why god not talking to humans anymore, human wishes repeats and are boring, plus most of wishes they can do same but are lazy to use search bar or do something
I know its wild comparing 2 different stuff but this how i see all of bot answers, better bot than ignore i guess xD cause at some point everyone gets bored to answer to one stuff all time
Dang, trolls are out hard these last days flagging all sorts of posts again. Truth must hurt.
To be entirely fair, how many people are posting complaints who haven’t put in a ticket?
Yes yes yes, we all know we will get the same copy pasta response.
And
Yes yes yes, we all know it shouldn’t have gotten to this point in the first place.
But
Those things aren’t going to change, and frustration is the natural child of unrealistic expectations. By adjusting our expectations to what is realistic we avoid compounding the issue with further anxiety.
Also, it’s an important documentation step.
If it doesn’t get fixed in a reasonable (this is where we all get to be subjective) amount of time, the record of having reached out to the vendor, and then being stonewalled, ignored, or waved off, is extremely useful when escalating to requesting a refund from the platform the purchase took place on.
There is a patch on Test Live now so let’s hope they correct this stuff related to Bazaar bugged items, I have bought a few things and it is frustrating.
The one thing they need to quality control better is the stuff they sell for cash!
isnt there a market practice law , where if they cant deliver the item in question. Then they are subjected to law penalties and so on ?
Doesn’t matter. That implies someone has the intestinal fortitude to speak with a law professional, representative, or authority. That means leaving anonymity and speaking to a real person. They’d much prefer to continue to be injured by such slights to get fake internet points from pity.
Internet Likes are worth way more to some people than actual legal redress.
To put it shortly, everyone complaining about latrines got their money’s worth in forum likes. They’re happy with that.
First of all, please, pretty please, don’t immediately jump to the criminal complaint/lawsuit phase.
Even if something does clash with the regulations of one of the numerous levels of legislation we live within.
Let one with much silver in their mane and a fair amount in their pocket help.
Follow the report procedures. It will either get results or be useful documentation.
Don’t abuse the customer service staff. They didn’t clog the toilet and they don’t have the plunger.
If a satisfactory resolution is not able to be reached, request that the transaction be walked back. Many businesses are receptive to refund suggestions if something has gone wrong and the customer isn’t being a flailing two year old about it.
Once the internal procedure has been followed, if no satisfaction can be found (and a full refund in the currency of exchange is basically the best one can hope for realistically from the customer service side), then go to the platform upon which the item was offered and present your concerns and see what they can do.
If at any point in this journey, you accept a resolution, stop escalating. While selling a non existent out house is shitteh, so is double dipping on complaint. Also, you may run afoul of local regulations in doing so. Claiming a full refund for one transaction from three different places simultaneously is also fraud and in many cases illegal.
No, it shouldn’t have come to this point, but it is a teachable moment. This one is also very sour about this stinky situation but implores that we focus on solutions.
TLDR; Give the internal system a chance before calling for the government gang.
There’s a time and a place to call such an entity, its what they’re paid to do. Now with that said, I don’t actually believe there is a case for it. The situations in question are likely to be rectified soon in the upcoming patch that is likely coming next week.
But when people usually bring them up, its a desperate measure to get attention and sympathy. Therefor the best cause of action would be to challenge them to go forward with their word. If you have a case, you make the case with the officials that can make something happen. You don’t simply make idle threats.
To put it shortly, “Say what you mean, and mean what you say.”
The government gang always takes it’s cut.
Regardless of what they are paid to do on paper, at the end of the day they operate like any other cartel, they just (frequently, it depends where one lives) operate with legitimacy and the tacit approval of enough of their constituents.
But this one digresses.
There was a reason this one asked awhile back how long is reasonable before taking action about an issue.
While the internet is generally for erecting troller coasters, sometimes it can be useful for actually gathering information, even if only limited opinions.
A certain level of belly aching is, in this one’s opinion, appropriate. Complain so long as the digestive problem lasts. This one does not know what resources are designated and used for community engagement on the forums but this one speculates that it is rather light, especially if it uses volunteers with any regularity.
While we can all argue the virtues (or lack there) of polemics on forums, it looks to be mostly a user v user argument. Just like the chicken and egg argument of why the level of official engagement is what it is.
This one fails to see how poo pooing valid concerns (the purchased premium content contents don’t match the box) is better than disingenuously throwing text tantrums without actually engaging the official channels for redress.
This one isn’t saying this forum is a troll pit. Honestly, it’s fairly civil. Significantly more than one might expect a forum about a game that hinges on one of Howard’s famous works and has players generally progressing thru slaughter, enslavement, and human sacrifice to monsters from beyound the pale.
To be certain, the presentation of concerns isn’t exactly refined to the height of society… But we also live in an age of instantaneous gratification, where soon ™ has become almost synonymous with never and where social media says contact support and support says watch social media for updates…
The longer an issue goes, the worse the stink (especially when talking about plumbing related glitches).
…
…
This one allows themselves one extremely bad dad joke per day per silver hair in their mane… but seriously, in this specific case they basically wrote themselves, so it’s not entirely this one’s fault that they are shitteh.
The only thing that will help the situation is when it is resolved. Unless some people are ignorant of how the process of redress works.
After separating the ignorant from the obstinate, it may improve.
But rest assured, once this issue is resolved, for some people, there will be a new one. And for a number we probably disagree on, even if there isn’t a new legitimate complaint, they’ll invent one.
To note, this one has personally had very satisfactory steps along the resolution of this issue, and hopes that others will as well. It’s very unfortunate that it came to that, but that is outside of most everyone’s control. This one does sincerely hope that the QC on these items is tightened a bit in the future, and that if an item is found to be other than advertised, it gets pulled down promptly However… That might be a bigger mess than this one knows. Failing that, a transparent statement from an authority as to a realistic time frame would be appreciated.
But nipping problems in the bud is a legacy of products that cannot be hotfixed…
And who wants to wait the extra week or so to ensure everything is smooth at roll out. Instantaneous gratification supply and demand cuts both ways.
I just look at it as “delay due to supply chain”… I can’t remember the last thing I ordered that I actually wanted that came on time… my last PC was 4 months late…
