Has anyone come across the dragon hatchlings, been looking last couple days up north and not spotted any.

Try south of unnamed city by bottom of the stairs.

I found some north east of the ice chasm and in the unnamed city (although they’ve changed the locations where they spawn there I think)

The ones in the Unnamed City now live north of the Hatching pools where the Red mother now hangs out. It’s a sandy ramp under some huge bridges. If you enter the city via the gate closest to Sepermeru and follow the wall south, you’ll run into them soon.
