Drop Inventory setting now working

When setting the server to Drop inventory on death, but keeping the setting to NOT drop hot bar items on death Aka equipped weapons/Gear, The drop Inventory on Death setting is dropping everything including HotBar items causing a full drop. This would be a very balanced way to play the game and continue having losses without losing ones Gear. We are Trying to balance our PvP environment so it isn’t too PVE and we came up with this setting change. But i just confirmed the setting does not work.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Enable Drop Inventory on Death
  2. Disable Drop BackPack on Death
  3. Disable Drop Hot Bar items on Death
  4. Still results in a FULL DROP
