I would like settings where players only drop stuff in their inventory/backpack, drop equipped armor also and keep only what they have in bar slots.
I’ve tried all kind of combinations and server files but seems it does not work. Doesn’t matter what’s done it drops everything anyway. I am on a dedicated server [ FROM SEA TO SEA ]. The host cannot fix this and point me here to Funcom’s support.
My settings:
DropEquipmentOnDeath=True (should drop equipped armor)
DropShortcutbarOnDeath=False (should keep slot bar)
DropBackpackOnDeath=True (should drop the inventory)
(Drop Equipment on Death) armor:
DropEquipmentOnDeath: If True, players who are killed drop their equipped items when they respawn. If False, players who die will respawn with all of their equipment. (Default True)
(Drop Shortcut Bar Items on Death) bar slots:
DropShortcutbarOnDeath: If True, players who are killed lose the items on their quickbars when they respawn. If False, players who die will respawn with these items. (Default True)
(Drop Backpack on Death) inventory:
DropBackpackOnDeath: If True, players who are killed lose the items in their backpack when they respawn. If False, players who die will respawn with the contents of their backpack. (Default True)
Can Funcom’s staff help with this so that players can drop equipped armor and inventory but keep the items tha are placed in the slot bars? Does those commands work at all? Seems only “DropEquipmentOnDeath” is working but it drops everything.
