Dunkas the mad eye or Razor Gord are not 100% always spawning. Is this intentional? Are they alternating?

Hi @Salx777x, they should be present prior to being defeated or post server restart, is this not the case?
How long have you waited for either of them to respawn?
@hugo they share a spawn with some tier 4 fighters. Been that way prior to mounts patch. I always thought it was an intentional change but maybe not. But I can confirm they are currently sharing a spawn and it’s consistent after restart.
