Region: Crash - Do not start

The Game do not start - it shows the Conan Exiles Banner and End with the Error Message:
DX11 feature level 10.0 is required ti run the engine

After I click OK a new Error Message is come:
it calls something from cooked and uncookd version - The Message told me, maybe I can fix this Problem with an uncooked version of the game, but I cannot find an uncooked Version

  1. Start Conan Exiles
  2. Steam is open
    3.Funcom Launcher is open
  3. Click Start in Funcom Launcher
  4. The Error is shown
