Dyeing the saddles

It would be nice if we could dye saddles, like we can dye armor.

I do believe they mentioned that being planned for the future in the stream where they showed off the DLC.

Agreed, I really want to use the noble saddle, but the color scheme clashes terribly with my preferred royal color scheme, (white, black, pale gold, and purple).

Also, it would be cool if we could get some more color variations on the lances’ ribbons. Even for my dainty little blonde, the light pink just isn’t cutting it! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

And here I am, using the noble saddle because it’s the only color scheme that works with my outfits

Yeeeaaah, Alis doesn’t go for the whole elf girl wearing green shtick, too cliched.

At least the Aquilonian and Khitan saddles are passable for her though.

Oooh, nice! Yeah, Khitan looks like it works with that scheme.

All my outfits are green and black, so that’s why I went for the noble saddle:

Yeah, that horn on the noble saddle is really… ew. But I can’t find any other saddle with green in it. That’s why I want to dye saddles, so I don’t have to use this… thing

See, I like the unicorn horn, but a noble & unicorn-themed saddle clearly should have been a regal purple, not a pedestrian greeeeen. :stuck_out_tongue: Either way, this is why we need saddle dyes.

Fortunately, it’s one of the few things that Alex answered with a categorical “yes, we will do that” on today’s stream

Hey, I was just glad that he addressed a couple of our more pressing questions from the mailbag thread near the end. For a while there, I worried that maybe Jens had put me on ignore.

I literally squeed – although very quietly, since I’m at work – when I started hearing names that I recognize.
