Dyers bench absolutely sucks

For the love of god, I tried using this thing and what an absolute pain in the arse first off navigating the inventory with a controller is absolutely horrendous now!! Why in the hell would you suddenly change the functionality like this? This is the reverse of quality of life. Secondly, and back to the bench, another quality of life that’s completely ridiculous. Who’s making these decisions? Because you are out in left field in your own game. Revert this ridiculous inventory Navigation and dyer bench and put the sprint back in.

I just play on pc that has mods that completely circumvent this idotic changes. Trust me… its alot easier to tailor your experience with mods

I’m getting used to the inventory, which means I’d like a gold star for dealing with it.

However, if I could violently catapult the dyer’s bench at my neighbor’s home I would.

I almost got used to the new “brilliant” system, when I found another BIG boo boo:

Whenever I dye armor pieces which do not share the same style in male and female versions, I can not even dye properly many pieces of armor I want to give to some thrall who doesn’t share the same gender with my game character. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Because in the preview of the dyed piece you see only the version of your character, so it has to be now mostly trial-error method.

Omg I hadn’t realized … funcom ditch the bench already. You’ve just messed up how we can even judge what the dye will look like on a different sex person.

This is the example when I found out that it really is isue. :smiley: I wanted to dye my female dancer’s top to golden/green, but since my char is a male, I didn’t get any clues which square of color is gonna look like what, because male version has only nipple ring chain :rofl:

Not to mention, that the basic yellow dye looks like tan/beige on the preview, and as well it has the same color as coarse set in reality. The colors don’t work the way they should.

Ok very good ya this is pretty crummy quality of life. Funcom is removing good things basically. And it’s pretty obvious they don’t test stuff. Feels like someone sitting around a table saying hey let’s try this ok … 30 mins later ok done … next item on the ideas list? Lol
