Dyers bench, what you can do with it funcom

Either roll it back to it’s original or give us something completely different. What we have now is just an excise frustration.

Maybe split it to a dyers bench that we can put an entire set of armor in, can also be used to make tattoos, and wall/floor overlays, but not make dyes/paints/inks. And very early on unlock.

And a dye bench where the dye/paint/ink is actually made. Mid level unlock.

I could make further suggestions; like paint style memory, but I think that is pushing it enough.

My vote would be to keep functionality as is mostly.

Increase storage so it could store all dyes and have enough slots for a full set of armor as you suggest. Might need to restrict types of items that could be stored to prevent using it as a massive generic storage container.

Additionally, I’d shrink physical size because it is ridiculously large now. Only newly placed benches would be smaller to prevent placement issues with existing ones.

Unlock around level 10 or 15 is fine for me.

Definitely like the memory idea.

Also needs male and female option as others have stated.

On the fence about the idea of splitting it. Makes sense but I hate to encourage more bench bloat like what happened with the campaign and garrison stuff.

Rolling it back to the state that it was prior to this disastrous chapter 4 debacle is the only acceptable option.

The dyer’s bench should be half the size… and only have the sole function of applying tattoos and coloring armor worn by you. For the slave we could place them on the bench and customize them by painting their armor or applying tattoos and the colors of the tattoos. I don’t even care about crafting colors and tattoos, I mean no material is necessary for craft, no craft at all, I think it should just be for cosmetics, which in fact it is! That’s how I think, it would be perfect in my opinion. :brain:
